We strive to provide our clients with a professional and therapeutic experience. The following policies and procedures are in place to respect the time of our staff, as well as new and returning clients.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Please give Shanti or your therapist at least 24-hours notice to cancel and re-schedule your appointment. You may be asked to place a card on file at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment and help our staff manage cancellations & no-shows. Day-of cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This allows us to value the time of our therapists and create opportunities for other clients.
Client Consent
Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. First-time clients will be asked to complete initial paperwork. You will also receive a copy of our massage therapy policies and be asked to sign consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures.

Scheduling Policy
You may call or text the number below, or email us at icunlmp@gmail.com to schedule a new client appointment. Upon discussion of your needs, we will match you with the best therapist to address those concerns. After that visit, you may work with your therapist to schedule your next appointment. We encourage you to try each of our therapists and find the best schedule and technique that works for you.
In addition to requesting a card on file for our cancellation policy, you may be asked to provide valid identification at the time of scheduling your appointment. This screening process helps ensure the safety of our staff.
